Currently, he is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the Southern District of Florida.

While representing the injured and recovering compensation for them, Mr. Morgan became a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a title only held by a small percentage of attorneys in the country. For his high ethical standards and long list of successful results, he holds the highest peer rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell.

A former intern for the Chief Immigration Judge at the Executive Office of Immigration Review, Mr. Morgan also interned for the Chief Federal Magistrate of the Southern District of Florida.
