
Messrs, John W. Inglish & Nicholas M. Monaco began the practice of law in Jefferson City, Missouri on May 1, 1962. The firm is involved principally in the representation of insurance companies, insurance agents, and insurance brokers doing regulation, including the formation of insurance companies, acquisitions, mergers, licensing, and policy form approvals, as well as market conduct and financial examinations. The firm acts as registered agent and registered office for Missouri insurance companies, insurance agencies, associations and administrators of insurance business. A significant portion of the firm’s service includes representation of reinsurers providing treaties to Missouri insurers and defense of insureds insured by the firm’s clients. Generally, Inglish & Monaco is an insurance regulatory and insurance defense law firm. In 1991 the firm broadened and diversified its practice to provide consultation, representation and litigation services in all practice areas listed above.
