Mr. Fagan also represents workers in negotiations regarding severance pay and benefits. He has earned a number of significant jury verdicts and seven-figure settlements on behalf of his clients. Albert Dib represents clients in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. His efforts have led to a number of multi-million dollar settlements and jury verdicts. His efforts have led to the largest medical malpractice verdict in Macomb County — $2 million, and in Bay County — $1.42 million. He is an adjunct professor at Wayne State University Law School and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, teaching courses in Medical Malpractice Law, Litigation Skills, Health Law and Pretrial Advocacy. He has also published numerous articles in legal journals on the topic of medical malpractice.
